1. Payment Policy
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Important Payment Terms:
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Sales tax is calculated and added automatically based on your shipping address (where applicable).
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
- We do not store full credit card details. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
2. Shipping Policy
All paintings are hand-finished originals and are professionally packaged to ensure safe arrival.
Processing Time:
- Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received and cleared.
- During peak seasons or for larger/commissioned works, processing may take up to 14 business days. You will be notified if there is any delay.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- United States (Continental): – Standard shipping UPS (insured): $45 – $150 depending on size and weight
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Calculated at checkout (higher rates apply).
- International Shipping: Available to most countries via FedEx International. Cost calculated at checkout. Typical range: $150 – $450+ depending on destination and size. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days.
Tracking & Insurance:
- All shipments include full insurance coverage for the full value of the artwork.
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your painting ships.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
Delivery Notes:
- All paintings sold unframed on gallery-wrapped stretched canvas (unless stated otherwise)
- Please provide a physical address (no P.O. Boxes) where someone can receive the package.
- For large works, a signature may be required upon delivery.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Because each painting is a one-of-a-kind original artwork, we have a limited return policy designed to protect both the artist and the collector.
Damaged Shipments
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are at our discretion and will incur a restocking fee.
